| These new crankcase are designed to withstand the rigours of vintage/classic racing and
incorporate the following features:
1. Crankcase halves spigoted together ensures bearing alignment and gives a more rigid assembly.
2. Oil pump cavity filled prevents timing side bearing housing cracking
3. Extra metal around drive side boss for fitting of 2½" bearing if required.
4. Extra metal around timing side bearing housing for fitting of 2½" bearing if required.
5. Neck of crankcase mouth strengthened - minimises barrel parting company.
6. Extra material around crankcase mouth for possible bore increase to 90mm -
this will require increased stud centres and modifications to barrel and cylinder head holes.

7. Crankcase filter plug fitted stops bits of your piston spoiling the oil pump.
8. Wider joint faces - better sealing.
9. Counter boring for crankcase nuts increased in diameter to allow use of socket wrench
- makes assembly easier.
