This is an updated version of the original VSIH.
This book is currently available only as a PDF
The book VSIH2 as PDF is available for download from my password protected FTP site, or a password protected HTTP site in Paris, and in the early days will contain only minor updates and corrections to VSIH1. The full list of enhancements is below, and updates will be posted to the sites. I expect to complete the full version of VSIH2 in first quarter 2004. You may download the book repeatedly as updates become available, or wait until the final version is completed, just as you please.
You may print pages as necessary for your personal use.
